There once was a family from Markdale
A preacher, his wife and six male
Christmas was gigantic
They argued Titanic!
’Til in stepped the wives to curtail
Twas 143 nights before Christmas
And all through the forest
every creature was stirring, but not a single tourist
From the east or from the west
They couldn’t make the quest
They were sorrily missed by all of the rest
Thank you to the PEI branch of the family for judging the poems and photos!
